This old hand saw is in good, well used 1930's-1940's vintage condition. It
has a spoon carved wood handle. There is a silver embedded medallion on one
side of the handle embossed with: 3 A's and Atkins. I believe that this company
was in business from the late 1890's to the 1940's. The finish on the handle is
well used and the varnish is missing in some places and the color varies. There
is one screw that is missing but blade seems secure without it. The blade is
very dark with some smooth but rusty color areas as well. The saw measures 29
1/2 in. long from end of the handle to tip of the blade. The actual blade
measures 26 in. long and is 6 1/4 in. wide near handle and going down to 2 in.
at the tip.
