Each Hydro dipped hat comes with an adjustable ratchet suspension that fits
most adults. We take a new Class 1 Class C, E and G hard hat and each hat is
prepared and dipped one a a time. Therefore, each hard hat is unique and has
slight differences in the placement of the pattern. Currently we are using a
Pyramex Full Brim Style hard hat for the hats. We have found these hard hats
have the best features to work with. The design covers the entire outside of
the hard hat and will not fade or easily scratch. We are carrying all patterns
in stock and can generally produce the hats in 1-2 days; however, there may be
an additional 2-4 day lead time in case of back orders or larger orders. Take a
