This is Finnish-made Billnäs billhook from circa 1940s. The blade is marked
with "SA" for Finnish Defence Forces property, Billnäs factory stamp and "P"
for "pioneeri" ("engineer"). There is some wear, nicks and oxidation (rust).
The birch handle is attached to the blade with a screw. There is some dirt on
the handle.
