The highly polished handle was ergonomic and didn't create hot spots with
repeated use.it feels great in hands. Easy to to wheeled in one hand or both
hands. Very well balanced when it comes to swinging. The axe came with a good
sharp utility edge that, along with the blade shape gave it a good bite into
the wood I tested.It came in a nicely done leather sheath that has what looks
like 2 belt loops so allow multiple mounting options. The sheath holds the
blade edge and as well as as another that goes around the handle just
underneath the ax head This is a amazed Quality Hand Forged axe . Sharp and
ready to go. I forged this hawk from 5160 spring and heat treated it to 59 HRC.
Drifted tear drop eye will fit standard or traditional tomahawk handles. I
forged each hawk by hand. quality tested make to ensure that it will stand up
to extreme use. hawk is an original. axe fully functional and Sharpe edge so
keep always in sheath
