Region of origin East Europe.

Forged approximately 1950's

Used for general purpose - chopping and for splitting.

The axe eye is "D" shaped.



Connection between axe eye and handle is so cold "slip fit". No need to be
wedged.



It is traditional for the axes here in East Europe.



Old "bearded", "viking" design.


Perfect vintage condition.

The edge is HUGE and it is not worn. There is no cracks or chips on the edge
or the eye



Nice rusty patina!



Ideal for your restoration project or for every day use.



Should be SHARPENED AND HANDLED well and it will serve you for years!!!



Washed only with soapy water.
